Baby Mall Delayed My Diaper And Breast Pump Order, Not Shipped After 8 Days
On September 16, I placed an order through Baby Mall for newborn diapers and a Lansinoh breast pump (Order No: 7262wamumc).
Even after 8 days, my order has still not been shipped.
During this time, I called customer service every day, and each time I was told, “It will be shipped,” but no progress was made and my grievance continues.
I paid for the order by credit card. The delivery address is Samandağ, Hatay. I request that my order be shipped immediately without further delay.
