For the past one and a half weeks, I have been unable to log into my Azar account. Each time I attempt to sign in, I receive a message saying “Check your connection”, and the app redirects me to the registration screen instead of allowing me to access my existing account.
I already have a registered account, yet I am being treated as if I need to sign up again. To fix the issue, I tried using different internet connections, deleted and reinstalled the app, and restarted my device multiple times. Unfortunately, the problem persists.
My registered email address is irmakke46gmail.com, and I am on a free membership with no payments made. My device is an iPhone 15 running iOS.
I request immediate technical support to restore access to my account and ensure it is reactivated. As a long-time user, I find it unacceptable that such a critical access issue remains unresolved. I expect Azar’s support team to fix this problem promptly so I can use the app again without further inconvenience.
