I have been unable to log into the Azar app on my iPhone 11 since August 18, 2025. Each time I try, I receive error messages such as “Oops, an error occurred” or “Please check your network connection.” I have tested the app on both Wi-Fi and mobile data, but the problem persists.
To troubleshoot, I have already:
Deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times
Confirmed that my app is fully updated
Restarted my phone
Despite these steps, the issue continues. My account is linked to s***********@gmail.com**, and I have never experienced such a problem before. My Apple ID has no restrictions, and other apps work fine, so the issue seems to be with Azar itself.
Additionally, I am unable to request help from within the app because the support link is not clickable. I suspect that my account may have been suspended or blocked, but I have received no notification.
I urgently request that Azar’s technical support team investigate my account status, resolve this login error, and restore my access. Customers should not be left locked out of their accounts without explanation, especially after years of usage.
