Today, I tried to log into the Azar app on my iPhone, but I keep experiencing a persistent network connection error. I just downloaded the app and tested it on both Wi-Fi and mobile data, yet the issue occurs only on Azar. Other apps on my phone work perfectly fine.
To troubleshoot, I have already deleted and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, and switched between different internet connections, but none of these steps fixed the problem. Every single time I try to log in, I see the same error message: “There is a network connection issue.” I even tested it in different locations, but the result was the same.
This problem prevents me from accessing the app at all, which is very frustrating—especially since it is happening on a new installation.
I request that Azar’s technical support team investigate and resolve this network error on iPhone devices so that I can access my account without interruption. I expect a prompt solution that restores full functionality to the app.
