I’ve been trying to buy stones on Azar, but no matter what I do, the purchase won’t go through. I’ve tried using my bank card, a credit card, and even attempted payment through mobile billing, but none of them worked. Each time, I get an iTunes error, and the transaction fails.
I’ve made multiple attempts, thinking it might be a temporary glitch, but the problem continues. I’ve also made sure my cards are active and that I have sufficient balance. Everything works fine on other apps—the issue is clearly with Azar.
This is incredibly frustrating because I’m trying to use a service I’m willing to pay for, yet the app makes it impossible. I don’t understand why this is happening, and I haven’t received any explanation or support so far.
