The issues with Axa Sigorta insurance persist even three weeks after I received my vehicle post-accident, and the file remains unclosed. After the accident, it took two weeks to request the necessary parts for my damaged vehicle, which sat in the service car park with no action. Although the parts arrived within a week, the collection process spanned three days. It's now been 20 days since receiving the vehicle, and the file is still pending closure. When inquired, I learned that three parts couldn't be returned to the supplier for three weeks without approval. This experience with Axa Sigorta has been extremely draining. The inefficiencies have consumed a significant amount of my time and energy, leaving me exhausted.
