AXA Withdrew ₺1648.60 from My Credit Card for Retirement Plan Without Informing Me
On the 7th of this month, ₺1648.60 was withdrawn from my credit card account for a BES retirement plan, and I had no idea about it. That's not right. How can money be taken out of my account without my permission or notice? This transaction wasn't approved by me, and it's not okay that it happened without my knowledge. I called customer service, but I still haven't gotten a good answer or solution. I want this problem to be fixed right away and the money returned. It's annoying that I don't get good communication and openness when it comes to my money. I used to believe in the company, but this event has made me really doubt their service. I hope this is taken care of right away.
