Unauthorized Charge by eDreams – Demanding Immediate Refund

The company eDreams has taken ₺227.29 from my bank account without my knowledge or consent. I never authorized this charge, nor did I make any recent purchases with them. How can a company deduct funds without permission? I am requesting an immediate refund and an explanation for this unauthorized transaction. It’s unsettling to think that sharing card information with a company could lead to random charges later on. I am filing a complaint against eDreams for this issue and urge them to resolve it promptly.
