Paid for Avast Free Antivirus but It Never Activated

On September 10, 2025, I purchased Avast Free Antivirus from the official Avast website and paid by credit card (Order No: ADP2116274476). A charge of approximately $4 was deducted from my card. However, the product never activated, and I did not receive any error message or notification.

Since I couldn’t use the product, I tried to contact Avast’s Turkish customer support, but there is no available communication channel to reach them.

Therefore, I am canceling the purchase and requesting a full refund of the charged amount to my credit card.
