Even though I have never purchased any product or service from Avast, two unauthorized charges appeared on my credit card: one on September 23, 2025, for $9, and another on September 24, 2025, for $11. Both transactions were processed through my Yapı Kredi Bank credit card, and I have receipts and transaction slips for proof. I have never created an Avast account or subscribed to any of its services.
I request an urgent investigation into these unauthorized charges, the immediate cancellation of the transactions, and the full refund of the withdrawn amounts to my card.
