I have been using the Avast Antitrack product on my Windows device as part of the Avast Ultimate package, but my license key no longer works. Even though I enter the activation code exactly as provided on Avast’s official website, I keep receiving the error message: “This activation code is not working, please try again.”
My subscription is valid until February 22, 2026, meaning there are still about 146 days remaining. I have been facing this issue for several weeks, and despite trying to activate it multiple times each day, the problem persists. The issue first appeared when the application logo disappeared; after restarting my computer, the logo returned, but my license became invalid.
I attempted to contact Avast customer support, but since there is no Turkish-language support, I couldn’t receive any assistance. I purchased the subscription online via credit card, and the license had automatically activated after installation.
I request that my license be reactivated, that Turkish-language customer support be provided, and that I receive a discount on future purchases as compensation for the inconvenience.
