I Face Unauthorized Auto-Renewal by Avast Premium Security

On September 24, 2025, my Avast Premium Security subscription was renewed without my permission and $9 was charged to my account, even though I had submitted a cancellation request before the expiration date and believed I had deleted my card details. I had previously followed the required steps on Avast’s website to cancel, but nothing worked. I am still attempting to cancel in the same way, yet the subscription is not being terminated and no refund has been issued.
I was using the subscription on both my Windows PC and Android phone. This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue, and I want my grievance resolved. I request a full refund and the complete cancellation of my subscription.
