I was let down by AvasFlowers not long ago, had to make some changes to my bouquet order after I received a call saying that the particular flowers I had selected were out of stock. The change depressed me a little, but knew that such things are inevitable in the floral arrangement industry. I went with a different plan and was waiting for the receiver to give me their thoughts but I was shocked to see what was in the bouquet when the receiver called to thank me and I asked for a picture. It was completely different from my vision when I saw the arrangement.
