Avast Flowers Substitution Had Pretty Pics But Wilted Reality

for a special occasion I ordered these gorgeous blooms from their website, the pictures were amazing yet a few hours later, they were out of those specific flowers. They were super nice about it though, asking if I was okay with a substitute. Not wanting to scramble last minute, I said sure, figuring it would still be nice. the flowers showed up looking like they'd been through the wringer - wilted and all, in an arrangement that looked nothing like the picture. Definitely not worth the price tag! cheapened the whole moment, should've taken more time to think about the sub or maybe even picked something different altogether. who wants a gift that's a total letdown? Not me, not for a second time at least.
