Getir Refused to Cancel My Flower Order Over a Simple Address Mistake

Today, February 12, 2025, I placed a flower order through Getir. Immediately after completing my purchase, I realized that I had entered the wrong street number. I contacted live support right away to correct the mistake, but I was told that the address could not be changed.

I then asked to cancel the order, but Getir refused, claiming that the flowers were "custom-made" and non-refundable. However, my order was just a simple box of roses, with no personalization at all. There was absolutely no valid reason to deny my cancellation request.

Since my order was still in the preparation stage, this refusal to cancel and issue a refund was unfair and disappointing. Getir must improve its customer service and allow reasonable cancellations!
