Avas Flower Refund For Ugly Flowers Not Arrived Yet

I ordered those flowers (my name is Paul ) and they came in a very bad condition, unfourtunately…you guys agreed to give me my money back, which is awesome, but haven't seen a dime yet. Every time I call, you say it's coming soon, where is it coming from Pluto? I need a real answer here. When exactly can I expect that refund? If I don't hear back with a clear timeline soon, I might have to get a bit more forceful about getting my money back as we’re not living in the jungle, rules and regulations are protecting our rights, I’m quite sure you’re familiar with many of them if you do this a lot.
