Audi Q7 Door Noise Problem Was Not Fixed After Paid Service

On 04/13/2026, I brought my Audi Q7 to Başaran Service in Isparta for both routine maintenance and a persistent noise coming from the vehicle door. I delivered the car specifically so that the regular maintenance could be completed and the door noise issue could be properly repaired. For these services, I paid a total of approximately $800.

However, after receiving the vehicle back following the maintenance process, I realized that the door noise problem was still completely unresolved. The sound coming from the door continues exactly as before, negatively affecting my driving comfort and making me feel that the necessary care and attention were not properly given to the vehicle during service. Despite the payment I made, no meaningful improvement or permanent solution was provided regarding the door issue.

Because the problem I specifically reported was not fixed despite the completed service and payment, I have been left seriously disappointed and inconvenienced.

I request that Başaran Service Isparta repair the door problem on my Audi Q7 properly and permanently without demanding any additional payment. I expect the issue to be resolved professionally and completely, as it should have been during the original service appointment.
