Brand New Audi A6 Developed Constant Mechanical Problems
In August 2025, I purchased a brand-new Audi A6 from Doğuş Otomotiv. From the very first moment I took delivery of the vehicle and started driving, I noticed loud brake pad noises and a constant humming sound coming from the car. I immediately contacted customer service, roadside assistance was dispatched, and the vehicle was taken to the service center. At the service center, I was told that the humming noise was “normal” and that the brake noise was a “chronic issue” that would supposedly disappear after driving a few thousand kilometers.
However, instead of improving, the noises became even worse over time. I had to return to the service center four more times. During each visit, the brake pads were either resurfaced or replaced, yet the problem was never solved. Later, I was informed that the humming sound was caused by faulty wheel bearings, and the bearings were replaced. Despite the vehicle being almost new, I was charged approximately $770 for this procedure. Shortly afterward, another abnormal noise started coming from the car, and when I returned to the service center again, I was told there was a structural issue with the suspension system, which resulted in the shock absorbers being replaced as well.
Despite all these repairs and repeated service visits, the problems continued growing worse like an avalanche. Although I live in Erzincan, I was forced to repeatedly travel to authorized service centers in Erzurum and Ankara, and nearly 5,000 kilometers of driving were spent solely on going back and forth for repairs. At the final stage, instead of offering a proper solution, the service representatives openly told me that they could no longer deal with the issues, that I could “take the matter to court if I wanted,” and that any legal process would likely take 3–4 years. The tone used during these conversations felt dismissive and intimidating. At this point, they have effectively stopped communicating with me altogether, while I continue experiencing endless mechanical problems with a vehicle I purchased brand new.
For my vehicle with chassis number WAUZZZF25SN054875, I demand that Doğuş Otomotiv and Audi fully compensate all of the financial and emotional damages I have suffered and immediately take the necessary actions regarding this defective vehicle.
