I purchased an Audi A6 e-tron advanced 2025 for a total of 140,000 euros, and I am using the vehicle in Ankara. From the first day I bought the car, Audi connect has not been working in Turkey, and I cannot benefit from the Audi connect application and its connected services at all. I contacted Audi and the dealer several times regarding this issue. At first, I was told that they were not working on it, and later I was informed that Audi connect would be activated in Turkey within a maximum of 6 months. Despite this, there has still been no activation, and I continue to use a high-priced vehicle without the promised Audi connect functions. I request the full activation of all Audi connect services for my Audi A6 e-tron advanced 2025 in Turkey as soon as possible. I expect Audi to fulfill the connected service features that were presented as part of the vehicle when I purchased it.
I bought my Audi A6 e‑tron Advanced in 2025, but the internet and remote connectivity features don't work in Turkey. The authorized service and Doğuş Automotive repeatedly dismissed this issue, telling me that these features cannot be activated in Turkey and they didn't take my problem seriously. Because of this, I am deprived of the car's core technological features and I am demanding a solution.
