I took delivery of my Audi A6 approximately three weeks ago from Eroz Otomotiv in İzmir. However, on October 30, 2025, I began experiencing a problem with the car’s Bluetooth connection. The Bluetooth fails to connect completely, and I find this issue unacceptable for a brand-new vehicle.
My car is under warranty, and I have not made any payments related to this issue. I have not yet contacted an authorized service center, as I wanted to report this directly to Audi first.
I request a clear and satisfactory explanation, and if necessary, a replacement of the faulty part.
