On November 30, 2023, I went to the Atasun store at Cornerpark Shopping Mall and bought sunglasses, progressive glasses, and prescription glasses for myself and my son. I spent roughly ₺20,000. Two months later, the chrome-like plastic ornament on the left arm of my Mustang progressive glasses came off. On February 2, 2024, I took them to the store and was informed that they needed to be examined. While I waited, they gave me my lenses (ATS-819551), and I'm using my old glasses with lesser prescriptions. When I went to pick up the glasses last night, I was told that they were rejected owing to user mistake, despite the fact that the self-detached ornament had not yet been sent for inspection. A new claim has been opened for the lost part, and I was informed it will take 10 to 15 days. My glasses are currently at Atasun Optik. They refused to replace the self-detached item under warranty within two months. Despite having my prescription changed, I'm still stuck with my old glasses. I believed Atasun Optik based on their marketing, yet I'm left disappointed. I demand that the frame be replaced and my complaints be addressed.

This afternoon, I was called by Atasu Optic customer service. They informed me that they would conduct a detailed examination of the issue and assist me. I told them that I wanted a frame replacement, and they said the request would be resolved within 15-21 days. I am looking forward to the good news.
