Polaris Sunglasses Repair Denied at Atasun Optik

In July 2023, I bought black Polaris sunglasses from the Atasun Optik Alsancak branch. Because my prescription is high, I ordered prescription lenses to use as prescription sunglasses the same day. Ten days later, I got the sunglasses with prescription lenses inserted. They handed over the original lenses in addition to the spectacles with the lenses inserted. Last week, I discovered that one of the frame's small gold decorations had fallen off. When I took it to Atasun Optik for warranty repair, they told me they couldn't work on it without the original lenses. I looked for two days and located one lens but could not find the other. I opened a record at Atasun and handed it over. A week later, the spectacles were returned unrepaired, with the explanation that repairs could not be completed without both original non-prescription lenses. When I first bought them, I was not advised that I needed to maintain the original lenses in case of breakage. I am filing this complaint due to Atasun Optik's unprofessional approach and lack of customer satisfaction. I can no longer wear these glasses with prescription lenses. My spectacles, which I acquired six months ago for a high price, are now inoperable. I will not buy glasses from Atasun again.

I told them that I wanted a frame replacement, and they said the request would be resolved within 15-21 days. I am looking forward to the good news."
