I Returned My Ray Ban Glasses to Atasun but Got No Answer
On the evening of May 23, 2025, I bought a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses from the Atasun Optik store at Osmaniye Park 328. The product was quickly handed to me after being pulled from a stack without proper inspection. When I got home, I noticed damage on the sunglasses. The next day, I returned to the store for a refund, and they opened an inspection case with the code inc12693, took the product back, and told me it would be sent for evaluation for an exchange. Twenty-five business days passed with no response. On the 30th business day, I had to call myself, only to be told that the inspection was rejected, and the issue was not considered a manufacturing defect. I explained the situation, but they simply said there was nothing they could do. When I asked about the business day process, they said they didn’t know and acted uninterested. The sunglasses are still missing—one representative says it’s in shipment, another says it’s in the store. The store doesn’t answer phone calls. The employees who followed me around during the sale now won’t even answer the phone. Customer service says they can’t even open a support ticket and that I must speak directly with the store. I no longer believe this is a professional company. The sunglasses are still nowhere to be found.
