Ray-Ban Sunglasses Warranty Denial Issue


I purchased a Ray-Ban sunglasses from Atasun Optik on December 17, 2023. Recently, I noticed wear on the front left edge of the glasses, which occurred spontaneously. I reported this issue to the company on July 25, 2024. In their response, they stated that my return was denied due to contact with sweat, hair dye, cream, and other substances.
I clarified that the sunglasses have only been exposed to sunlight and have not come into contact with any foreign substances. Despite this, my request for a return was not accepted. Additionally, the wear is only present on one side of the glasses; if there had been contact with sweat, hair dye, or cream, wouldn’t there be wear on both sides?
I paid a significant amount for these sunglasses, which were advertised with a two-year warranty that is still valid. I request that my product be replaced with a new one, as I believe this situation is unfair and does not reflect the quality expected from a premium brand like Ray-Ban.
