Faded Paint on Rayban Glasses from Atasun Optik

Hello, I noticed that the paint on the product I bought from the Atasun Optik Kale Center branch on April 13 was faded. Even though I reported my complaint to Atasun Optik, the glasses were returned for examination. As a result of the examination, the product was returned without replacement due to deformation caused by use (sweat, hair dye, cream, sea water), and my problem was not resolved. None of the reasons given apply to us. I have also filed a complaint about the issue with the Güngören District Consumer Arbitration Committee. I request that my glasses be replaced with new ones and my grievance addressed.
