Mustang Glasses Melted in Their Own Case

I bought two pairs of glasses from Atasun Optik and left them in the car, inside their cases. For some reason, one of them melted, and the warranty department refused a replacement, claiming it was user error. Fine, let’s say it was user error—then why didn’t my other Mustang glasses melt as well? You sold me a defective product with faulty coating that burned. This kind of excuse is truly disappointing coming from Atasun. I kindly request that you stand behind the products you sell and approve a replacement.
