Atasun Optik Sold Me Defective Glasses and Ignored My Complaints About Scratches




Based on my recent experiences, I invite anyone who is considering buying glasses from Atasun Optik to think again. Just because the brand is a big name doesn't mean it will have the same success in customer service or product quality. I noticed scratches on the lenses and defects in the frames of the glasses I bought from Atasun Optik a year ago. Although these problems were entirely due to production, the store and customer service did not exhibit a solution-oriented approach. In fact, during my meeting with the store manager at the Hilltown AVM store, Mr. O***, I was met with a sarcastic and indifferent attitude. I experienced that the professionalism and customer satisfaction expected from a brand is completely lacking. This is not just a problem experienced by me, but many customers. On complaint platforms and social media, you can come across the experiences of hundreds of people complaining about the defects and indifference in the products purchased from Atasun Optik. In addition to the quality problems in the products, it is sad to see that the company does not care enough about customer satisfaction in resolving the grievances experienced. If you are looking for quality, trust and a good customer experience when buying a long-term product such as eyeglasses, Atasun Optik unfortunately does not meet these criteria. Shopping from a company that does not show the care it deserves to its customers can cause your money and time to be wasted. If you are looking for a quality product and after-sales support, I recommend that you choose alternative brands. Remember, no matter how big a brand is, its true value is measured by the importance it gives to its customers.
