Atasun Optik Refused to Fix My Silhouette Glasses Without Warranty Verification

I’ve probably bought around 10 pairs of glasses from Atasun Optik, including both prescription and sunglasses due to my vision needs. Recently, I replaced the lenses of my Silhouette glasses with special compressed lenses and also purchased a pair of Prada glasses. After the lens replacement, my Silhouette glasses have been crooked and loose. Today, I made the mistake of going to Atasun Optik. The staff first told me, "Come back during the week; our workshop is closed today." I explained that I wasn’t in a hurry and could leave the glasses and pick them up in a few weeks if needed, as long as they were fixed. They referred me to their manager, Ms. A**, who didn’t even look at me and said, "We can’t help you if there’s no warranty." I asked her to check if the warranty was still valid, recalling that the salesperson who sold me the glasses had promised lifetime support for the brand. She insisted, "We can’t help if the warranty has expired," and deliberately avoided assisting me, redirecting other customers before me and telling me to "wait on the side." I persisted, and fortunately, some considerate customers asked the staff to assist me first. Only then did Ms. A** finally help me. Until now, I’ve never bought glasses from anywhere else and never had issues at Emaar or Buyaka branches. However, after this experience at Metrogarden, I’m determined never to shop at Atasun Optik again. It’s disheartening to be treated this way over something as simple as tightening two screws and adjusting a frame.
