Asurion Provided Me With Damaged Replacement For Phone With Cracked Screen

In December, my phone started acting up out of the blue, just when I needed it the most. Dealing with Asurion to get it fixed was such a hassle. They wanted all sorts of paperwork and details about the problem, making the process feel like forever. But after jumping through all their hoops, they finally gave me the green light for a new phone. The replacement they sent me was a total dud! Right out of the box, it had a cracked screen and buttons that didn't work. When I called Asurion to sort it out, their customer service was a letdown. They didn't seem to care much and didn't do anything to help. And to top it off, weeks went by with no fix in sight. Every time I called, I had to explain everything all over again to someone new, which just made things more frustrating. So there I was, stuck with a useless phone, struggling to stay connected and get stuff done. It was a real pain.
