Asurion Denied The Warranty Coverage Saying It Was Pre-Existing!!
I ended my Asurion coverage which I had agreed for $25 a month, thought it would provide me with peace of mind for any technical issues, that’s why one needs warranty…when attempted to initiate a claim for my phone whose back covert eventually came out, it was denied. Among many excuses thay said I found this one very funny “it was pre-existing” excuse me but you can say this to anything!! How annoying! After this experience, I came to the realization that I would prefer to keep the the rest of my subscription instead of going through the frustration of being rejected. for individuals like me who do not frequently replace gadgets, dealing with the hassle is simply not worthwhile.
