Aspiegel Ltd. Charges Ziraat Bank Account Without Customer Authorization
On August 16 at 4:33 PM, an international Discover Virtual POS transaction of $1 was charged to my Ziraat Bank account on behalf of Aspiegel Ltd. without my request or consent. I do not accept this charge being taken from my account when I never applied for any subscription, made any purchase, or gave any authorization.
The transaction receipt displays a Virtual POS purchase of $1 under card number 6500830696877523 for the merchant Aspiegel Ltd., with settlement number 9661712. I did not initiate this transaction, nor did I start any such subscription.
I demand the immediate cancellation of any subscriptions or services that Aspiegel Ltd. may have opened under my name, along with a full refund of the $1 charged to my card/account. Additionally, I request a proper investigation into this unauthorized transaction and security measures to prevent it from recurring.
