mSpy Customer Support Is Unreachable After Unauthorized Payment
On April 11 at around 10:30 AM, I made a payment of approximately $1 to the application called mSpy for trial purposes. After this payment, an additional charge of approximately $25 was automatically withdrawn from my Ziraat Bank card without my knowledge or approval.
I noticed this unauthorized transaction when I received an SMS notification from my bank, and I immediately tried to cancel the process. However, so far the transaction has not been canceled and no refund has been issued. Even though I tried contacting both mSpy and my bank, I have still not been able to directly reach customer service or receive proper assistance.
I request that this unauthorized approximately $25 charge, which I never approved, be canceled immediately and refunded back to my card. I also demand that this unauthorized transaction be urgently investigated and that my financial inconvenience and frustration be resolved as soon as possible.
