Aspiegel Charged My Credit Card An Illegal Fee

Aspiegel used my credit card without my permission to take out 60 TL. This is a virtual card that I use for my membership to Youtube.com and for Preply. Even though I didn't want to believe that my information had been stolen through one of these platforms, Aspiegel was able to use this one-time-only card to make a withdrawal. I was lucky that I was paying attention in this situation. After reading similar complaints here, I realized they might charge me more in the coming months, so I canceled the card right away. I am very unhappy with what Aspiegel has done, and I want to complain about it.
