My Asics Tennis Shoes Ripped in 12 Wears and Warranty Denied

I purchased a pair of Asics tennis shoes on March 12, 2023, and have only worn them twelve times total, usually during matches. They have, however, already begun to rip at the top. Being a tennis coach and physical education teacher, I depend on sturdy shoes, therefore I was expecting better from a company like Asics. That the shoes didn't hold up as anticipated is unfortunate given the difficult conditions, particularly for someone who survived the Hatay earthquake. Please give this matter quick attention.
