I purchased the Asics Sonoma 6 Gore-Tex in September 2022 from Boyner, expecting waterproof performance. However, despite very minimal use, I noticed today that the left shoe started leaking water in the rain—twice!

As someone who has used Gore-Tex shoes from other brands for years, I can confidently say that this Asics model fails to deliver on its waterproof promise. A Gore-Tex shoe should not leak this quickly, especially after such light usage.

This is not the quality I expected from Asics, and I am extremely disappointed. I urge Asics to address this defect. If you’re considering this model, I recommend choosing a different brand with more reliable Gore-Tex protection.
