Asics Gore-Tex Waterproof Shoes Failed to Keep Water Out in Rain

I purchased Asics waterproof (Gore-Tex) shoes, expecting them to handle rainy conditions, but they failed to keep water out. I sent the product for inspection under warranty, but it was returned with no issue detected.

I am extremely disappointed, as I invested a significant amount in these shoes, trusting the brand’s reputation for quality. I chose Asics with the expectation of years of reliable use, but instead, I am left with a product that does not perform as promised.

Asics, I request that you take this issue seriously and either replace or refund this faulty product. Customers deserve better when they invest in a brand known for quality and reliability. Please resolve this matter promptly.
