I Face Heel Breakage on My Asics Metaspeed Edge After 3 Months of Light Use

I purchased the Asics Metaspeed Edge, expecting it to perform as a top-tier professional running shoe. Shockingly, within just 2 to 3 months, the heel broke down completely, rendering the shoes unusable. This is unacceptable for a product that’s marketed—and priced—as a high-performance model designed specifically for running.
I immediately opened a service request with notification number 27018116, but it has now been over six months, and I still haven’t received a single update or response. This level of silence and customer neglect is not what I expect from a global brand like Asics.
These shoes are meant to handle regular running. How can a model that’s supposedly engineered for endurance fail so quickly under normal use? I have always recommended Asics to my fellow runners as one of the most reliable athletic brands. But after this experience, I’ve completely lost faith. Not only did the shoe fail, but customer service failed me even more.
I demand a proper inspection of my claim and an immediate refund or replacement. I also expect Asics to start respecting their loyal customers by responding in a timely and responsible manner.
Thanks to you, we were able to get in touch.
