I Face Tearing on Both My Asics Running Shoes After Only 5 Uses in 6 Months
I purchased a pair of Asics running shoes expecting durability and long-term performance, but instead, both shoes tore from the front within just six months—and I had only worn them a maximum of five times. This kind of rapid wear and tear is completely unacceptable for a premium-priced running shoe.
Believing the issue to be a clear manufacturing defect, I submitted the shoes for inspection. Shockingly, Asics came back saying there was no defect and refused to offer a replacement or repair. No support, no accountability—just a dismissive rejection.
Is this what customers should expect from a brand that prides itself on performance and quality? If Asics running shoes are only good for 5 wears over half a year, then something is seriously wrong with their product standards.
I am extremely disappointed and demand a fair reevaluation of my case. This is not what I paid for, and I urge Asics to take ownership of this issue and either replace the shoes or issue a refund. I expected reliability—not defective shoes and silence.
