ASICS Versablast 4 Left Shoe Causes Severe Foot Pain

On March 8, 2026, I purchased a pair of ASICS Versablast 4 sneakers from the Boyner Outlet store located in Konya Novaland Mall. At first, there was no squeezing or discomfort problem with the shoes. However, after some time, the left shoe began to feel tight on my foot. I continued wearing them thinking the material would loosen with use, but instead of improving, the left shoe started squeezing and hurting my foot more and more every day. I have now reached a point where I can no longer wear the left shoe at all. In contrast, the right shoe is extremely comfortable and causes absolutely no problems.
Because of this issue, I returned to the Boyner Outlet store where I purchased the product, explained the situation, and handed the shoes over for inspection. Today, after receiving a message, I visited the store and learned the inspection result. In the written response provided to me, it was stated that the product was manufactured with comfort and foot health in mind, that the size/fit complaint was determined not to be production-related, and therefore no refund or return process would be approved.
The fact that the right shoe feels completely normal while only the left shoe excessively squeezes my foot clearly indicates, in my opinion, a serious fit or sizing defect. I have also worn different Adidas shoes for years without ever experiencing anything like this. Despite that, the issue was indirectly treated as if it were entirely my fault, and no meaningful solution was offered. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in both the ASICS brand and Boyner.
Because of this inconsistent fit problem in the product, I request that my inconvenience be resolved through either a replacement pair or a full refund.
