Asics Soles Split Apart in 3 Months

The tennis shoes I purchased from the Asics IstinyePark store in Izmir three months ago had a separation on the sole. I sent the shoe back to the store for inspection because of this defect, which was brought on by a lack of durability during production, as you can see from the photos. They rejected the replacement, saying that heavy water exposure was the cause of it. I cannot get results even after I said that there is a shoddy explanation for the shoes I wear exclusively when playing tennis on Izmir's clay courts and that they are undoubtedly not in contact with water. I am counting on your interest

Hello, as a result of the review, it was sent back again with the reason "no manufacturing defect". It cannot be a user error that the sole of a shoe, which I used only for playing tennis within 3 months, is coming apart. Please correct this mistake. The last review number: 1-18052. I will send the shoes again when they reach the store.
