Asics Gore-Tex Splitting & Unresponsive Customer Service




I bought Asics Goretex, cold- and waterproof, sneakers around six months ago. Six months into wearing the sneaker, I saw a separation on the left front. After visiting the store, completing a form and submitting photos of my complaint, I heard nothing for fifteen days. The importer Marlin Sport said the photos were shot wrong and asked for new ones when I went to the store in person. I resent them, but got no reply. They informed me the shoe had opened because to washing when I contacted them again. But the shoe was only given a wet cloth wipe down—it was never cleaned. Why did just the left shoe open, if it had been cleaned? Maybe it happened when the Goretex and waterproof shoe was worn in the rain. It is intolerable how things are.

It is hard to find a company this indifferent; no one calls or asks.

I would definitely advise against buying from the brands imported by Marlin sports import company. They have no solutions at all.

The company is completely using stalling tactics, friends. From now on, do not buy shoes from Marlin Sport and Asix brands and their importers.
