ASICS Outdoor Shoes Tore at the Toe Mesh After Limited Use
On June 12, 2024, I purchased a pair of ASICS outdoor shoes from the seller Marlin Spor through Amazon.com.tr. Even though I only wore the shoes a few days a week, a tear developed in the mesh material around the toe area after a relatively short period of use. I noticed this issue approximately one week ago.
I believe that experiencing this kind of tearing within what should still be considered a short usage period indicates a problem with the product’s quality and durability. So far, I have not contacted either the seller or ASICS customer service, but I am requesting a replacement for the shoes or, if possible, a refund in order to resolve the inconvenience I have experienced.
I kindly request that the product be inspected to determine whether there is a manufacturing or material-quality defect and that I be provided with a fast and fair resolution based on the findings.
On 12.06.2024 I bought Asics outdoor shoes through Amazon, and shortly after the mesh ripped, I requested an exchange. I did not contact the seller or Asics customer service, I applied to the Consumer Arbitration Board but have not yet received a response. I submitted a new application, there is still no progress, and I give 0 points due to the indifference.
