Asics Running Shoes Wore Out Quickly – Warranty Claim Denied

In March 2024, I purchased two pairs of Asics running shoes, trusting their reputation for quality. I used both pairs equally and as intended, but one pair started showing significant wear. The fabric at the back of the right shoe’s collar tore, and I noticed the same issue beginning on the left shoe.
I immediately contacted the authorized distributor, Marlin Spor, and sent the shoes with a detailed explanation of the problem. Within a week, they returned the shoes with a letter stating that the issue wasn’t a manufacturing defect. This response is unacceptable. If this isn’t proof of poor quality, what is? How could I have caused this damage intentionally?
The visible wear and tear on both shoes clearly indicate a defect. Asics failed to stand behind their product, and the claim wasn’t properly reviewed. I won’t be purchasing from them again and will stick to global brands that value their customers. Asics, you need to address this issue and take responsibility for the quality of your products!
