ASICS Nova Blast Lost Cushioning Too Quickly

I purchased the ASICS Nova Blast running shoes on December 20, 2025, from the store at Zorlu Center. However, about 30 days after purchase, the foam in the sole of both shoes completely collapsed, and the shoes became even stiffer than a regular sneaker. It is very disappointing that a model designed for running and sports lost its comfort and support structure in such a short period of time.
Since I am currently out of town, I have not yet been able to visit the store or contact ASICS customer service; I will be in Istanbul on January 30. I believe that such rapid deformation is due to a manufacturing defect, and I request that the product be inspected and replaced with a new pair.
When I visit the store, I kindly ask that the exchange process be handled smoothly, quickly, and with a customer-focused approach, without unnecessary difficulty.
Additional note: I have attached photos to demonstrate how minimally the shoes were used; there is no excessive wear or damage caused by misuse.

I have submitted an application to the Consumer Arbitration Board and I am waiting for it to be resolved.

The defense is still pending in the referee panel, I will update later.
