Asics Novablast 5 Shoes Tore After 3 Months And Warranty Denied As User Error
In the last week of May, I purchased the Asics Novablast 5 model shoes from the SPX Korupark store in Bursa, paying around ₺7,000. I only used the shoes for daily wear and light tempo runs. However, in just three months, a tear appeared on the inner side of the shoe, and the issue has been getting worse.
I submitted the product to the store for inspection and also contacted Asics customer service. However, I only received a brief response stating that it was “user error”, without any detailed explanation. Yet, I never used the shoes for heavy performance purposes; I only wore them under appropriate conditions.
It is unacceptable for shoes to tear in such a short time. I am requesting a replacement of the product.
