Asics GT-2160 Stitching Comes Apart After Light Use

I purchased the Asics GT-2160 model shoes from asics.com in November 2024. I only wore the shoes while working out, but within a very short time, the stitching started to come undone and the mesh tore. For the shoes to deteriorate this quickly does not reflect the price I paid or the trust I had in Asics. I truly regret buying them.

I chose these shoes specifically because they were marketed as suitable for regular athletic use. However, after experiencing this quality issue, I am seriously disappointed. I have not submitted a formal claim until now, but with this message, I want my issue to be acknowledged and evaluated.

Due to this problem, I am requesting a replacement with a new pair. I ask that the product be inspected to determine whether there is a manufacturing defect and that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
