Three months ago, I bought a pair of Asics shoes from Marlin Spor. Shockingly, the shoes started cracking after just one month of light use. We’re talking about a fabric shoe—how does fabric even crack? Since then, I’ve spent two full months trying to get a refund or a replacement. They took the shoes in for “inspection,” made me wait a month, and then had the nerve to reject the claim and send them back with no resolution.
Why isn’t Asics standing behind its own product? And why is Marlin Spor making the process so painful for a loyal customer?
