ASICS Gel-Venture 10 Hurts My Heel — Return Denied
On October 24, 2025, I purchased the ASICS GEL-VENTURE 10 women’s black outdoor running shoes through Trendyol for approximately $68. I have never had issues with shoes hurting my feet before, but the back of one shoe rubs my heel very badly and causes serious discomfort while walking.
I continued using the shoes for about two months, hoping they would break in and the issue would improve, but the problem never went away. I then submitted a request through Trendyol for an exchange or refund. The product was reviewed, but the only response I received in the explanation section was “your request has been denied,” with no detailed justification provided.
I cannot accept experiencing such a problem with a brand I chose for its quality at this price point, and then having my request denied without any explanation. I request that the shoe causing the discomfort be re-examined and preferably replaced. If that is not possible, I ask that my refund request be approved.
