Asics Shoes Developed a Tear Within 8 Months – No Support from the Brand

I purchased an Asics shoe from their official Trendyol store about 8 months ago. The seller was Sportrun. Before initiating a return, I contacted Asics customer service, and they advised me to send the product back to the seller. However, today, Trendyol responded, rejecting my request for an exchange, repair, or refund.
The issue with the shoe is a minor tear on the left mesh, yet Asics refuses to stand behind its product, despite being a well-established brand. A premium company should provide better customer service and product durability, but this experience has been extremely disappointing.
I expected a solution from Asics, but instead, I received zero support. After this, I will never consider buying from Asics again. I urge the company to take responsibility and resolve this issue immediately.
