ASICS GEL-Trabuco 13 Shoes Tear After Limited Trail Use
On October 10, 2025, my spouse purchased a pair of ASICS GEL-Trabuco 13 running shoes for me as a gift through Trendyol from the seller Marlin Spor, paying approximately $113. Within about four months, and after using the shoes only 15–16 times for trail running, a significant tear developed on the inner side of the shoe, as can be seen in the photos.
For a product to deteriorate like this in such a short period of use is both disappointing and damaging to trust in the brand. Despite contacting Trendyol, Marlin Spor, and ASICS separately regarding this issue, I have not received any response about a replacement or inspection process.
I have also provided the invoice for the product and request that the shoes be inspected and evaluated as defective. I am asking for a one-to-one replacement with the same model.
